Joseph Farms Mozzarella is an all-natural cheese, made with pasteurized grade ‘A’ milk, and absolutely NO artificial hormones. Our Mozzarella cheese is made by cooking and stretching the curd, and then cooling in brine, pasta filata style. Our Mozzarella Pasta Filata is crafted in two styles; whole milk for a rich creamy flavor, and part skim which results in a light flavorful cheese that is lower in fat.

Deliciously smooth and creamy, mozzarella is very versatile. Toss with olive oil, fresh basil and tomatoes for a light, healthy salad. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over homemade pizza and other Italian dishes or simply layer it in your favorite sandwich.
