Joseph Farms Monterey Jack is an all-natural cheese, made with pasteurized grade ‘A’ milk, and absolutely NO artificial hormones.  Monterey Jack is the original California cheese, created by Franciscan friars in Monterey, California during the 1800’s. 

Fresh, creamy, and mild, our traditional Monterey Jack cheese is a perfect topping for virtually any dish, especially something with a South-Western or Latin flair.

Made from cultured grade “A” pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes. Animal Rennet Free
